Keto All Purpose Flour
I use this “flour” as a stand-in for any recipe that calls for All Purpose Flour.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Fine Almond Flour
- 1 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Whey Protein Isolate
- 1/2 cup Oat Fiber Flour Not “Oat Flour”!
- 4 tbsp Xantham Gum
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients and store in airtight container. Use a 1:1 ration when a recipe calls for All Purpose Flour. Make large batches so you always have some handy!
