A favourite cookie or slice of cake demands a cold glass of milk. For some people, Almond milk or Coconut Milk just doesn’t cut it. Whole milk has way too many carbs and chugging heavy cream is a little too “heavy”. Here is a great way to stay away from the carb heavy whole milk or 2% and still have something to wash down your favourite treats!

  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tsp MonkSweet or a few drops of liquid Stevia


  • Mix ingredients well and serve cold!
